(Q) Do I need to know HTML to have an eBoosterClub website?
(A) You don't even need to know the letters H, T, M, or L. Setting up a website on eBoosterClub is fast, fun, and easy. Within minutes you'll have a fully functional website and the "Adminstrator Section" is just as straight forward as the set-up. You'll be updating your site with ease before you know it.
(Q) Should I sign up as a team or league?
(A) That depends on your goals. If your fundraising directly for one organization then you'll want to choose the "Team" option. If you are an official on a League, with mutltiple teams, and you want all your teams to fundraise for the league, then you'll want to choose the "League" option.
(Q) Why do I need to provide information on my organization's financial institution?
(A) As your organization earns money, you'll see your account balance grow. When your balance reaches $50.00 USD, you'll have the ability to draw from your account by "cashing out". When you do this, you'll initiate a check processing to your organization. The correct name on the account is imperative to making sure your organization gets its fundraising dollars.
(Q) Why do I need to provide W9 tax information?
(A) This information is required by the Internal Revenue Service for any entity earning money through our service and for our records. Chances are, your organization is tax exempt but this information is still required.

(Q) How can eBoosterClub provide free websites?
(A) When you sign up for a website with eBoosterClub, we become partners in your fundraising efforts. When your organization earns money, so do we. Commisions on sales at your online mall are split 70/30, where your organization takes 70% of the commision and eBoosterClub retains 30%. Advertising is also shared. In exchange for providing your organization with advertising space, eBoosterClub retains 50% of the ad dollars. Money that is earned through sponsorships, though, is 100% the organization's with the exception of a 5% service fee to cover the transactions costs. So you see, eBoosterClub is invested in the success of your organization's fundraising efforts. Because of this, you can rest assured we'll continue to provide your organization with the latest and greatest marketing tools to help you succeed.
(Q) What will my organization get with an eBoosterClub website?
(A) Your organization will get a fully functional website complete with home page, online mall, roster page, individual player/member profiles, a news and events page, individual event detail pages, a contact us page for your organizations contacts, individual contact profile pages, and a blog. All pages are fully customizable and can be updated as frequently or infrequently as you like.
(Q) Is eBoosterClub just for sports organizations?
(A) Absolutely not! Though our website is geared towards school and community sports organizations, any organization can conduct their fundraising with an eBoosterClub website.
Earning Fundraising Rewards From My Website
(Q) How does my organization earn fundraising rewards with eBoosterClub?
(A) With eBoosterClub, your organization has three (3) main sources for generating money. First, your website will have a fully functional online mall. When people shop at your mall, your organization will earn a commision on the sale. Commisions are paid differently depending on the store. You can get a full list of shops and commisions from your administrator page. Second, your supporters will have the ability to "sponsor" your team online. They can choose to donate money directly to your team with a credit card, debit card, or by an electronic funds transfer (EFT). Your supporters will have the ability to have their name listed on your "Sponsor's Page" along with a message for your organization. Third, eBoosterClub utilizes some of the space on your site and online mall for advertisers. The ad dollars are shared among eBoosterClub and the organizations in our network.
(Q) What is the difference between a "business sponsorship" and a "personal sponsorship"?
(A) A personal sponsorship is just that, personal. This may be a family member or friend who wants to show their support for your organization. As a personal sponsor, a user has the ability to choose a level of sponsorship and leave a message for your organization or someone in your organization. Your organization receives a 100% Reward on sponsorships purchased by friends and family of the organization. eBoosterClub also provides incentives to businesses for becoming a sponsor on your site. Businesses, depending on level of sponsorship, have the ability to upload a logo or graphic and may receive a "Sponsor's Coupon Page" where they can enter a description of their product or service along with a coupon or "special" for users of your organization. eBoosterClub IMRs actively approach businesses in your area to become a sponsor on your site. When a business purchases a sponsorship for your site your organization earns a 50%-75% Reward, depending on the origin of the sale (direct or IMR).
(Q) How long do sponsorships last?
(A) All sponsorships are for a period of one (1) year from posting date.
(Q) What is an eBoosterClub IMR?
(A) IMR is short for Independendent Marketing Representative. eBoosterClub is developing a network of IMRs who's sole responsibility is selling Sponsorships on your site to local businesses and organizations. They are working for you! If you don't have an IMR yet, be patient as our network is always growing. If you do have an IMR, you'll be able to look up their contact information in the administrator section of your website. Your organization will receive 50% of business sponsorships sold by an IMR.
(Q) How long before my organization starts earning money through eBoosterClub?
(A) Your organization will be capable of earning money the moment your website is set up. People will be able to sponsor your team and your online mall will be open for business. Rewards on sales, though, may have a waiting period before they are credited due to retailer restrictions. This waiting period is in place to account for charge, returns, credit authorization, etc. Also, you are not able to draw funds from your account until your rewards reach a balance of $50.00 USD.
(Q) How does my organization collect its fundraising dollars?
(A) When your Rewards Account reaches $50.00 USD, you'll have the ability to collect your fundraising dollars. All you need to do is click the "Cash Out" button on your balance page and a check will be processed and sent to the address we have on file for your organization.
(Q) Can I have a check made out to myself, on behalf of the organization?
(A) If your organization does not have an account in its name we would suggest you start one or have a higher authority collect the fundraising dollars on behalf of your organization (ie.,school or boosters). eBoosterClub will investigate any checks being made to individuals and, if unable to verify the existence of the organization, may suspend or cancel your membership and withhold all funds. eBoosterClub will also be forced to report any fraudulent activity to local law enforcement angencies to review for any laws being broken. Please understand that it is important for eBoosterClub to protect our organizations and the members of those organizations.
(Q) How can businesses help our organization?
(A) Businesses are always looking to get their name and product or service out to as many people as possible. That's where eBoosterClub's network of organizations (that's you) comes in. Through advertising and business sponsorships, the eBoosterClub network is a great way for businesses to promote themselves while supporting your organization. Business sponsorships are posted on your website for one full year and are an easy way for a business to get out to a local audience. Your organization receives a 50%-75% reward for sponsorships purchased on your website. Larger businesses may choose to advertise across our network. Your organization will earn 50% Rewards on advertising on your site. That means you can earn fundraising dollars just by driving traffic to your site! It's that easy.
(Q) What kind of merchandise can people buy at our online mall?
(A) Your online mall is full of goods people shop for everyday. From clothing to kitchenware and from shoes to auto parts, your shoppers will be able to find almost anything they're looking for.
(Q) How can I get people to shop at our organization's website?
(A) As the administrator, you'll be able to send email invites to everyone you know including the family and friends of those within your organization. Your supporters will also have the ability to invite others to help your organization's fundraising efforts. As they sign-up for membership on your website, you'll have the ability to send them messages and updates on your organization and encourage them to support your team by shopping at your online mall or becoming a sponsor. Remember, eBoosterClub is invested in your success, so we will also help by marketing your site to your supporters through seasonal emails and other marketing efforts.
(Q) What is the Rewards payout for my organization when people shop at my fundraising website?
(A) Rewards vary by retailer. Depending on the retailer, your rewards may be a percentage of the sale or a flat dollar amount.

Issues With My Fundraising Website
(Q) I didn't receive my "Welcome" email to verify my account. What should I do?
(A) If you didn't receive your Welcome Email, first check your spam folder. Your email provider's security settings may have filtered out our email. If you find the email in your spam folder, please be sure to add @eboosterclub.com to your "Safe Senders" list. If our Welcome Email isn't in your spam filter, you may have entered a different email address or an invalid email. Please click here to verify your account.
(Q) How do I login to my fundraising website?
(A) If you are the Administrator of your website, go to the Administrator Section and login to your account with the username and password you chose when you created your website. If you are an "approved" member of an organization's website, go to their website and look for the "Login" link at the top of the page. Once there, enter the username and password you chose when you joined the organization's site. Members may also login directly from eBoosterClub HERE.
(Q) Why is my Cash Out button grayed out and not clickable?
(A) This can happen for a few reasons. The first and most common is that you haven’t reached the minimum balance to cash out. Your fundraising account must be at least $50.00 USD to receive a check. Another reason may be that you haven’t given eBoosterClub all the information we need to process a payment. To process payments, eBoosterClub needs to have your “Payment Information” and your tax identification information. You can find both this sections in your Administrator Account under “My Account”. Finally, if your team or organization belongs to a league and that league is using the eBoosterClub services, the league site is granted the ability to cash out fundraising funds from all teams within the league. You are able to view the balance for your specific team, but the league is responsible for collecting funds.
